Gmarket haul #5

This Gmarket haul is somewhat overdue. I did this haul months ago but I didn't post about it.

I didn't pick up much stuffs from Gmarket, just two items.

MULE Foundcealer and Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly BB #02.

I was watching Hover from Hoversjelly and Liah from Yellowycream on Youtube, they were reviewing about MULE cosmetics and at that moment, I knew i have to get it. I am so impulsive when it comes to buying beauty products. 

MULE is a brand started by renowned Korean makeup artist Jung Saem Mool who works with Kpop idols and actresses like BoA, Lee Hyori, Kim Tae Hee etc. 

MULE Foundcealer.

Foundcealer is a cute wordplay of a cross between a foundation and concealer that Jung Saem Mool came up by herself. 

Mine is the refill, i didn't want to pay too much for the casing but it works without the casing.
It leaked, I think someone accidentally pressed it. 

The consistency of the foundcealer is very thick but very creamy! The coverage is definitely full.

Definitely for girls who has lots of blemishes, pimples, pigmentation to cover up. This product does it all, it doesn't need a concealer, how convenient.
Eventhough it is thick, it didn't feel heavy or cakey on my skin. 

I accidentally ordered this, it is the Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly BB in 02. 

I wanted 01 but I didn't know how did I clicked 02. 

Anyway, later on I ordered 01. I think both fits my skintone but I will do a colour comparison on both of them soon.
It was on 30% off then.

This site is a great site to get cheap and great cosmetics from brands like NYX, L.A. Colors, Jordana etc.

I love getting NYX from site comapred to getting from Sephora here because it is cheaper.

This time, I got two NYX Rouge Cream Blush. In, Orange and Boho Chic.

Also, four lipsticks from Jordana. I haven't seen these colours before this, it seems like they are new from the 'pinks' line.
Not a very big haul. 

The cream blushes.

I absolutely love the cream blushes from NYX, not only they have a great variety of colours, they are also pigmented. 

Cream blushes give a more dewy look compared to powder blushes which give a more matte look. This is the reason why girls who opt for the dewy look will tend to use cream blushes to finish off their look.

Orange just screams 'Orangeeee!'

It is a fun colour for the spring/summer season, it can also be a great colour for everyday use, it give a fresh look to the face.

Boho Chic is a pale pink with silver shimmers.

It is a very sweet colour.

I got four lipsticks from Jordana. The matte lipstick line are golden in colour whereas the normal line is in silver.

Pink Showstopper.

It is a bright barbie pink.

Blushed.

It is a rosy pink.

Sweet Sorbet.

It is a medium pink with shimmers!? Isn't this suppose to be a matte line, why is there shimmers? 

Candied Pink is the only one that is not from the matte line.
The colour is almost like Pink Showstopper, a barbie pink.

That's all I got from Cherry Culture this time.

Wishtrend haul

This is my first time placing an order on Wishtrend

Wishtrend is a Korean website that sells word-of-mouth Korean cosmetics that is hard to obtain at other online websites. By doing this, they introduce more wonderful Korean skincare and beauty brands to the international market.

I only ordered two items this time from Wishtrend.
I would say their service was delightful, they shipped out really fast and it took about a week (from S. Korea to M'sia) for me to receive my items.

I ordered O.S.T. Vitamin Sleep 9 to 5 crema.
It was on sale then so i grabbed up two tubs, one for me and one for my mum.

I haven't open mine yet but my mum has been using her's and she seems to enjoy it.

The cream, smells like oranges!!

Overall, it is a great experience ordering from Wishtrend. i will go back to order more if I find anything interesting. 

To distinguish between Original 3CE (Style Nanda) and knock offs

3CE or 3 Concept Eyes is a Korean cosmetic line created by Style Nanda.

It widely known because of  its quirky fashion and many Kpop stars sporting the brand. Also,their gorgeous face of the brand Park Sora.
The brand has gained a lot of popularity in East and South East Asia because of that, there are many knock-offs of the brand in the market.

 It is very really easy to gain access and purchase Authentic 3 Concept Eyes Items since thei official website offers shipping wordwide. (Link here)

Comparing to roadshop brands such as Etude House, Holika Holika, Missha etc.
3 Concept Eyes products stands on the mid-range pricing line. More expensive than roadshop brands but cheaper than higher end Korean brands such as IOPE, Hera, Laneige etc.

The price range should match brands like Hanskin, VDL.

Knock offs are usually sold at a very cheap price compared to what you see on the official website. When the deal is too good to be true, there's a high chance that the product is a knock off. Please do some research on the pricing of 3CE items before buying them off the any site which isn't the official Style Nanda website.


 Here are some examples of knock offs.

Style Nanda has never released a BB Balm before.

The only BB Cream Style Nanda has released is their Back to Baby BB Cream.

This is how their Back to Baby BB Cream looks like. It comes in a tube form.

3CE has never released jumbo eyeshadow pencils before.

They have eyeshadows and cream eyeshadows but not jumbo eyepencils.
The closest product that comes in this form in their lip crayons.

This looks like the exactly like the original which can be deceiving.
The original comes with only 7 colours and the name of the colour will be printed at the back.

For the fakes all colours will be labeled # Modern White and the colours will be named as 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8.
The fake will also come with a lip brush and the original doesn't.
The fake one is also slightly bigger than the original.

Some of the lip color knock offs are deceiving as they look really identical to the original but some screams 'fake'.

Anyway the one in this picture are the ones closer in design to the authentic ones.
The lip colors should come with color code and name such as #402 Puchsia

They do not come in codes like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 etc.

Update :
3CE has changed their packaging of the lip colours. The new packaging looks like this.

3CE Jumbo Lip Crayon do not come in auto-twist up form. The original lip crayon are in a pencil form that needs to be sharpen.

EDIT: 3CE just revamped their Jumbo Lip Crayon line, they now come up with a twist up form.
The tip of the lip crayon is rounded and flat as compared to the knock-offs, which have a sharper tip. You can click here to check the new revamped lip crayons out.

Fake 3CE liquid foundation.

3CE carries 3 lines of foundation, The Glossing Waterful Foundation, Honey Chiffon Face Fluid and Liquid Foundation. 

Please do check how does the packaging of the foundations look like before purchasing other websites other than Style Nanda Official Website.

The lip tint is named 3CE Apple tint.
It only comes with two colours. Pink and Orange. No more.
If the seller has more than 2 colours available, it is highly that the seller is not selling an original.

3CE do not sell anything in the form of sample sizes /miniatures. All those are fakes. 

There are more examples knock offs out there. It is advisable to do research before buying 3CE items from other websites other than their official website. 

Please be safe from buying a fake rather than being sorry.

korean food~~

This is my first time trying Dubu Dubu Seoul food.

I ordered Dolsot Bimbimbap set which came with citron tea and citron dubu dessert.

Korean food always come with side dishes, this is no different, this came with 3 side sides and a bowl of soup.

The Dolsot Bimbimsap is averagely tasty, there's no 'wow' factor to it.
The vegetables blend is okay except for the carrot and cabbage is pretty hard, it wasn't blanched before serving, we have to mix it for it to 'cook' and some of bits didn't 'cook', so I am left with some hard pieces.

The Citron dubu is really lovely.
The blend with the sweetness of the soup and the sourness of the citron goes well together.

a very refreshing dessert.

The service for this shop is pretty fast considering there's not many customer on the day of visit.

It's a pretty decent shop to hang out. 

Under the sea : Etude house and Innisfree mini buy

Etude House has been pushing out a lot of collections of the past few months. 

The 'Color Pop' and 'Bling in the sea' collection didn't interest me too much.

Among the Bling in the Sea collection, they have repackaged their Sun BB, I wanted to try their Sun BB but I never got to getting it.

Then I saw this seller selling the 'Bling in the sea' BB at a very affordable price, also then my friend wanted a new BB cream and she went to check out Etude's BB and she told me she wanted the Sun BB, so I thought, why not? Let's buy it together at this affordable price and save shipping cost. 

The packaging of the BB cream. 

This version is definitely prettier than the normal sun BB packaging.  The difference between this and the older one is this version doesn't have 'cool fix'

Instead of the eggpklant coloured cap, this version has a light blue cap.

Bling in the sea is printed on the tube. The packaging definitely looks girlier with the light blue colours.

The sponge.

I doubt I will be using the sponge since I find it hard to apply with a sponge at the corners of the face.

Another product I got is the highly raved Jill by Jill Stuart Innisfree Shadow Pencils. 

This pencils were so popular on the Korean blogosphere and it was featured in 'Get it Beauty'

This collection comes with the Shadow Pencil, Gel Eyeliner Pencil and Color Pop Liner (Liquid Liner).

Out of these three, the ones that interest me the most is Shadow Pencil and Gel Eyeliner Pencil but in the end I settled for their Shadow Pencil.

Jill by Jill Stuart is a casual line by Jill Stuart, so the packaging design is more on the casual side compared to the princessy Jill Stuart line. 

I really like the simple yet chic packaging.

08 Dazzling Jeju Sea is a light blue. 

It is the advertised colour for this collection, the model is sporting this on the promo poster. 

I wanted to be more adventurous for i settled for this colour.

03 Star Beige

Like its name, it is a beige, my comfort zone colour.

I have so many hauls that I haven't sort out and post up.

This is a super overdue Qoo10 haul, I still have more *gulps*

I have been wanting to pick up the two jelly BB creams because I heard raves about it especially the Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly BB on how lightweight and refreshing they are for summer.

I wasn't going to pick up the 'Love Mark Tint' until I saw it on Suzy's Get it Beauty and it was so cute, it comes with a lip stamp (which I think it is useless but you know for the cuteness). Also comes with three cute colours : pink, orange and red.

The Innisfree Vivid Tint Rouge is something I have been lemming after, they are so many great reviews on it in the Korean beauty circle. It is a 'hit' item in Korea.
It is also a supposed dupe for the YSL glossy stains.

The packaging is pretty bulky for a lip tint because at the top, you have a lip stamp.

This is how the product opens up. It is kinda hard to open the bottom lid for the lip tints, I almost broke my nails opening it up.
The 'head' is so bulky though.

The Skinfood Red Orange Jelly BB.

It comes in a small but heavy glass tub. It doesn't come with a spatula to scoop up the product so it is a thumbs down for those germophobic people.

The BB cream has a jelly-like texture.
My shade is 1.

The packaging of the Aqua Petit Jelly BB is just like a jelly but it is a bit tad too bulky with its heavy froested glass packaging.

It comes with a spatula to scoop the BB cream out and a sponge to blend the BB cream.

This is in shade 1. I also ordered shade 2 accidentally.
I will do a comparison of both shades soon.

Innisfree Vivid Tint Rouge in 07.

Actually I was suppose to order shade 02 since I already ordered shade 07 but my memory failed me so I placed another order of 07, now I am left with two 07.
