Depotting Jumbo Eye Pencils

Urgh I just realize my LA Colors Jumbo Eye Pencil are not the twist up type, I hate it like that because when you sharpen you just lose so much product (and I don't like sharpening my cosmetics).
So I went up to google and found a great way of depotting them

All you need is a hair-dryer, a small jar and something to hold the pencil, you don't wanna hold it while melting it, you don't want to burn your hands.

I got myself the remaining empty jars that I use to store my loose eyeshadows from NYX.

Blow~ Blow~Blow~
It is starting to melt! Gently tap down the products into the jar.

Done with both, now I am gonna cool them down in my air conditioned room. You can also put it into the fridge for a moment.

Done with both of them, gonna send them off to the bin!

NYX haul + some LA Colors

I made so many hauls in the past month, it is just so overwhelming. 

I haven't been going out much since September till July this year due to my stressful semester and all the extra pocket money which I manage to save went to online shopping (mostly cosmetics & skincare).

I placed this orders last year and only manage to get them shipped to my house this year around Jan or Feb. 

Majorly a NYX haul with two LA Colors Jumbo Eye Pencils.

I have been wanting to try out their soft matte lip cream and xtreme lip cream for quite some time since they have quite a number of good reviews, an interesting concept and I love lip products.

NYX is a great affordable American brand with great products, I love their lip and cheek product mostly and own a collection of their round lipsticks.
They are one of my favourite affordable American brand, maybe most favourite.

NYX Rouge Cream Blush.

These cream blush are super great in quality and pigmentation. I own one of the cream blush in Natural and I like it so I went back for more.

Rose Petal & Hot Pink.

LA Colors Jumbo Eye Pencils in Cherry Blossom and Sand Castles.
Both are shimmery. I prefer shimmery eye colour over matte since it adds dimension to my Asian eyes, I guess this is also why Asian likes shimmery eye colour.

Actually the reason I picked them up is because they are cheap, even cheaper than the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils. I do not own any jumbo eye pencils and I thought this might be a great buy to start off discovering jumbo eye pencils.

Now, to my favourite part, the lip products~

NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Stockholm and Milan.
Stockholm is a pinky-brown nude and Milan is a medium rose-pink.

I have been eyeing at this Lip Cream for quite some time. The interesting description caught me.

Not a lipstick nor lipgloss but something I've never experienced before?
WANT.

Lastly, the Xtreme Lip Cream in Candy Land, Bonfire and Buttery Nude.
Candy Land is a barbie pink, Bonfire is a deep bright pink and Buttery Nude, like its name is a peachy-pink nude.

The Soft Matte Lip Cream are well, like their name, matte whereas the Xtreme Lip Cream are in a glossy finish.

They work  like a liquid lipstick. 

Hello July! Haul Mania - Cherry Culture Part 2

Happy 1st of July.
The days go by so fast and now it is the 2nd half of the year.

Now, we continue with Cherry Culture haul batch 2/part 2.

The overall of the haul. I got them when Cherry Culture had a 20% off. They always have 20% off now and then, so check this site when they do have it.

They offer a wide variety of good cosmetics at an affordable price.

The lipsticks. Three Jordana lipsticks - The silver packaging is their normal line and the gold one is the matte line and a NYX lipstick.
The NYX lipstick melted in transit.  Now it looks like a pile of melted goo in the tube.

NYX lipsticks are very sensitive to heat. Keep them out of reach from hot places if you don't want your lipstick to end up melting.

The colours I got.

The lipglosses.
3 NYX megashine lipgloss and 2 NYX round lipgloss.
From left : NYX round lipgloss in Real Nude, NYX megashine lipgloss in Nude Peach, Beige, Pink Rose, NYX round lipgloss in 24 Karat.

Jordana blushers.
The new Jordana blushers come in a shiny silver packaging while the old ones are in Grey.
I don't like any of the packaging because they just look cheap but for the price paid, can't complain about it.
It is now priced at USD2.45, used to be USD1.99. Not sure what upgrade they had done to the blushers.

I got mine in Sunlit Bronze and Stardust.

This is one of the more expensive product I got from this haul.
Milani Powder Bronzer in Light.
It is darker than expected, I should had gotten Radiant.

NYX powder blushers in Cinnamon and Pinky.
Orange and Bright Hot Pink are popular blush colours in Japan. If you can't get hold of Candy Doll's blushers, I suggest to try out NYX's.
You get more product from NYX compared to Candy Doll and it is also cheaper from NYX.

The last two items for this haul are the LA colors eyeshadow trios.

Parcels + haul part 2!

Part 2 of the parcel + haul post.

This one is a tinted moisturizer/foundation which I picked up in Russia to try out.

It is really really cheap.
So I have used only once, it works well on days you don't want a heavy coverage. It is light.

A simple swatch.

Too bad it comes in limited tones. Mine is in natural but it seems a little pink tone for me at first but it does blends after applying.

Here comes the continuation of stuffs I got from my parcel.

NYX Lip lacquer pot which I have been wanting to try for the longest time.

I really like NYX lip products. I think they worth every penny you pay for.

I got mine in Georgia Peach.

It is a nudy pink colour. Looks extremely gorgeous from the pot.

LA color eyeshadow palette. Cheap and works really well.

I got too many brown eyeshadow colours. It seems.

NYX Mosaic blush in Rosey. NYX blushes are love too.

Great pigmentation and colour.

Lovely enough?

Cherry Culture haul

Another package arrives. I know I haul hella a lot. This is a collective one I didn't blow up my cash one shot.

I got them because there were a 25% of anything LA color on Cherry Culture, followed by a 20% off anything on Cherry Culture.

Swatch of the Jordana Liquid Eyeliner. Woots! The quality is so good for 1.99 + 20% off.
I got it in blue and black. It only comes in 3 colors, blue, black and brown.
I wish it had more choices of colour.

LA color baked eyeshadow in Equinox.The ingredient list. It contains mineral oil. To those who are allergic to it, steer away from this eye product.

LA color 6 color metallic eyeshadow in Cafe au Lait.
Amuse 6 color blush palette. The top left colour looks like a freaky blush color O.o;Ingredient list. Parafina Liquida = Mineral oil. So this product also contains mineral oil.

Here comes the swatches!!The swatch for LA color baked eyeshadow in equinox. I swatched it dryThe black is not very prominent, infact sheer, the rest of the color are good.
They aren't very smooth either.

LA color 5 color metallic eyeshadow in cafe au lait.
This one is crazy pigmented and smooth. I love it!

The top row for the Amuse 6 blush palette. The top left blush colour infact is a scary colour.
I don't know if this is gonna work as a blush. Bottom 3 colours.
