Roseroseshop haul

I picked up a few items from Roseroseshop few months ago. I just completely forgot to blog about them.

I got these three items. Definitely cut down a lot.
I had to convince myself not to overbuy.
Korean cosmetics brand are very good at attracting hopeless people like us with all the cute and pretty packaging. It's very dangerous for my bank account.

Etude House Bling Me Prism Liquid Lip
This is a limited edition from Etude House's last year summer collection.

PK 001 Star in Pink

It is a wearable bright neon pink.

Etude House Dreaming Swan Eye & Cheek

When I saw the preview of this collection, I wanted the whole collection badly but in the end, I was late in placing my order because I can't seem to find a seller who carries this line. This collection sold like hot cakes in Korea, I would understand it would be very difficult for sellers to even get stocks.

Anyway, I am happy that I managed to get something from the collection.
Look at the packaging, it's so pretty.

The shade I have got is Jete Pink.
It is a soft pink shade. This shade is very flattering on fair skintones, it can never be over done.

The last item is from Missha.
If you are familiar with the messaging app LINE, I am sure you know where this bear is from.
So, Missha had a LINE collaboration and they had quite a few items in this collaboration.

This is the Missha LINE friends tension blusher.
The shade I have bought is VL01. It is a lilac shade. I personally like lilac shades because it brightens up yellow skintone.

The packaging is so cute but what really made me got it is that it is a tension blusher. A tension cushion blusher is different from a cushion blush in the way instead of the product being soaked in a sponge, the cream product sits under a netting. I haven't tried any product like this before, so I am really intrigued. Even though I know it might end up being one of those gimmicky products.
Please prove me wrong Missha.

Roseroseshop haul

This is my first time placing an order on Roseroseshop. I used to get my dose of Korean beauty products from Qoo10 but the shops that I used to shop has since then become inactive or they do not stock up on new products as fast as they used to anymore.

I did some calculations. Since I am getting whole ton of items including my mum's and sister's items. So, even with shipping, Roseroseshop still has the cheaper price.
I got so much stuffs that my parcel was so heavy that EMS was cheaper than normal shipping. With EMS, shipping is lightning speed fast. I placed my order today and within 2 days my order has arrived to my home.

I will post my portion of the haul, I am not going to include my mum's and sister's items or our shared items because mostly they are not very interesting items and the post will be too long then.
We are only interested in the makeup bit, aren't we?

You all just know I have an obsession with lip products.

Innisfree Smart Foundation.
As I know of, this foundation comes in 4 different types to cater to different needs. You can either use the foundation by itself or mix it with other foundations from the same line with different functions to create your perfect foundation.
I picked up the Water Balancing since I am all about moisturization and dewy finish.

The foundation size is half the size of a normal foundation at 15ml but I did not expect it to appear so tiny.
The price of this foundation is really affordable at 5500 Won. So even by mixing and matching, it doesn't hurt the wallet.

A'Pieu Silk Light Skin Ampoule Foundation.
I am going to admit that I bought this foundation because it was cheap and pretty. Also, a total reminiscence of the Dior serum foundation or L'oreal Nude Magique foundation. You know along the lines of the super watery foundations.

Innisfree Real Fluid Rouge in Ballerina Pink.
I like Innisfree lip products. They have a fair share of good lip products so I just thought that I pick up their Real Fluid Rouge to try out.
It really reminds me of the Dior Addict Fluid Stick which I really love.

Ballerina Pink is a soft girly pink.

The other Innisfree lip products I got are the Creammellow Lipstick.
The name just got me. It seems like the lipstick will be creamy smooth and marshmallow soft on the lips. Sounds really good right?

I picked up two shades which is #2 Vanilla Pink and #5 Sweet Peach Butter

#2 Vanilla Pink is a pinky nude.

#5 Sweet Peach Butter. I do not know why there's a peach in the name because honestly in real life, I could not see the peach in it at all.
It is a bright rosy pink.

Etude House Color in Liquid Lips.
I just can't stop myself from getting this. Look at the packaging, isn't it so cute?

They also really remind me of the Dior Addict Fluid Stick. Looks like every brand have their version of the fluid stick.

I got two shades which are PK 006 and BE 102.

BE 102 is a pinky beige nude.

PK 006 is a rosy pink.

Aritaum Sugarball Cushion Blusher in Posy Pink

This line of blushers comes with two versions, one is the velvet which is powder form and the cushion which is in cream form. I picked up the cushion because I just wanted another cream blush. Most of my blush are in powder form and I just thought of extending my cream blush collection. Cream blushers have a beautiful natural finish with a glow which is ideal for those seeking the dewy natural look. Also, Aritaum is a good budget Korean brand. I have some items from this brand and so far they work well on me.

It comes with a sponge which can be neat but I doubt I will ever apply cream blusher with a sponge.

Huge Etude House haul

This is a somewhat huge Etude House haul but don't panic people, I didn't do this haul in one go. It took me from last year till June this year to accumulate these much of product.

I am more careful with my Etude House purchases this time around by getting products that I will use and try like base and lip product. If compared to my previous Etude House haul, I would consider this to be not as big because Etude House hasn't been launching collections or innovative products that catches my eye.

Among all items that I got from my haul that catches my eye the most is the Precious Mineral Magic Any Cushion.

Rosy tint lips.

I got this because Sulli looks stunning in the advertorial for this line. Not so smart consumer I am and it is a lame excuse to get these lip tints.

The shade I've chosen is Sweet Poison and After Blossom. After Blossom is the lip shade that Sulli wore in the advertorial. I thought it looks stunning on her, very fair, very snow white-like.

The box for these Rosy tint Lips are gorgeous with the rose design, it is just so elegant floral. The packaging for the actual product though, is such a disappointment. It is just so dull and plain.
I wish there were more design going on the tint Lips. Maybe like some rose engraved design.

In conjunction with Etude House 10th's anniversary, Etude House released two limited edition Fresh Cherry Tint shade. One is in the radiant orchid shade I've chosen and the other is a bright orange.

This Fresh Cherry Tint is going to be a substitute for the Benefit's Lollitint which I've meant to get but I just haven't gotten to getting it.
Radiant Orchid is a hot shade this season, so this Fresh Cherry Tint is going to provide lots of fun for my makeup this season.

The Color Lips-fit

The shade I got is PK001 and PK002

I am very intrigue with the formula for these lips-fit. They are those type of lip lacquer that goes on glossy but dries down to a matte finish. I haven't seen brands in Korea launching any products like this except for Clio's Lipnicure or maybe I have been missing out some releases in Korea.
They are very different than what the Korean is used to. These seem so pigmented.

I am excited to try this but I have been hearing not so nice things about these Lips-fit but we shall see, we shall see.

Etude House Skin-Fit Foundation

The shade I got is N02.
The bottle is really tiny and handy. You can just throw it into your makeup bag and bring it anywhere.

I got intrigued by this foundation because of the 'fit' word. Approaching the summer months, I prefer makeup that fits and clings on nicely to the skin so it doesn't melt and go crazy in thus hot & humid weather in Malaysia.
I have yet to try this foundation out but I will soon.

Etude House Face Conditioning Cream

The Face Conditioning Cream is a makeup boosting cream that soften the complexion for an easy makeup application and also making the makeup to last longer.
Sounds like a dream primer doesn't it ?

It comes with a normal version and a light version which I don't know the difference except the normal version comes in a light blue packaging and the light version comes in a pink packaging.
I got the light version because the packaging is pink!

I have used this cream for a few times and I would say it's an okay primer. I do not notice it softens my skin for an easier makeup application but somehow it does make my makeup last longer but not 12 hours or more. There's still slight foundation fading and melting away.
So far in a complicated relation with this cream.

Etude House Precious Mineral BB Cream in Blooming Fit

This is one of the new finishes of Precious Mineral BB Cream. I do not know what is the difference between this finish and the rest. There isn't any product explain in English that I could find on the web.

Haven't tried this BB Cream but i comes in a generous amount of 60g. That can last me for a lifetime.

The best for the last.

Look at the packaging. Isn't it so cute? They look like macaroons!!
They come in 3 shades - Pink, Mint and Beige
They are the cushion version of their Baby Choux Base so don't expect coverage from them. They make good colour correcting bases though.

The sponge is in pink. Oh gosh. What a dream for a girly girl like me.

Play 101 Pencils

Of late the products released by Etude House hasn't been attention grabbing or fun looking, it just has been dull. Then these pencils came and caught my attention. Doesn't the play 101 pencils from Etude House seem so fun. It is advertised as a multi purpose use makeup pencil.
It comes with 50 shades and 5 different textures to suit to every need. So there is bound to have something for everyone.

I picked up two Play 101 Pencil to experiment out.
I am the type who is more to the lip and cheek makeup. So I picked to two colour which I will use, which is #16 and #18. Both are of cream finish, my preferred finish.

These how the pencils look like. They are black and at the end, the cap indicates the colour of the pencil. They are a twist up pencil so you don't need to go through the hassle sharpening them and at the back, there's a sharpener incase the tip gets too blunt for your liking.

#16 is one of the more popular colours in the line. It is a warm tone pink with a cream finish.

#18 is the colour that caught my eye the most. It is a lavender with cream finish meant to be used as a blush or lip colour. I do not think I would use it as a lip colour, probably as a blush colour as lavender tones does brighten up the yellowness in Asian skintones.

Swatches : #16 (top) & #18 (bottom)

I haven't tried them out yet but I am looking forward to. I will be posting a short review and FOTD when I get to using it.
Also, I will have a Etude House haul coming up really soon. I didn't include this in the haul because this came much later in the mail and I already took photos of my other Etude House items together.
So, stay tune!

Etude house haul : Sweet Recipe, Princess Etoinette

This two collections are the best collection Etude House ever released in a long time.
The packagings are to die for, it's so cute and sweet.

It is the Etude House Princess Etoinette and Sweet Recipe line.
I am just so awed at how beautiful the packagings are.

I got a total of six items from both lines.
There's face powders, eyeshadows, lipstick, base and multifunctional lip and check cream among the mix.

Etude House Sweet Recipe Baby Choux Base.

I got them in Berry and Peach.

I got totally sold when I saw the cute CF of this product. The concept is just so cute.

The packaging reminds me of the bases from the Peach collection which are released in 2008.

The base are package in a glass tub. It's a little bulky but it adds a chic touch to the packaging.

Baby Choux Base in Peach

Baby Choux Base in Berry

These bases has a very nice fragrant in it, I really like the smell (might not be a good thing for those who is sensitive to scents).
They sure do look like whipped cream in a jar.

Sweet Recipe Chocolate Eyes

I totally fell for the cute packaging but it turned out the packaging wasn't all the great as I expected. It is on the flimsy side and the eyeshadow can just slide open because there's nothing to secure the eyeshadow so this palette can't be taken out for travelling, it would just slide away and break.

The eyeshadow slide open.
It looks like chocolate bar.

Etude House Sweet Recipe Cupcake All Over Colour in Strawberry Chiffon Cake.

The packaging and name is just too cute to resist. I wanted to get more of them.

The Princess Etoinette line. The packaging is just so sweet, princessy and cute.

The powder comes in a gorgeous pot container that is vanity deco worthy.

It comes with a really cute puff with lace and a pink ribbon.
It's every girl's dream puff.

A close up of the design.
The 'gold' plate of the word 'Etude' just glamed up the whole packaging.

The Lipstick. I ordered PK002.
The packaging is so cute and princessy, it is just to die for.

PK 002 is a bright rose pink.
