Hong Kong Airport Haul - Summer 2012

I just placed a Gmarket order, so far everything is in order except my hoodie hasn't been delivered to the Gmarket warehouse.

I hope everything turns out alright. I am kinda excited. 

I placed an order on two hoodies, some cosmetic samples on Korean high-end cosmetics (History of Whoo, Hera and Mamonde) and a Castledew foundation.

Looks like I am gonna be so addicted to Gmarket.

Finally the long awaited airport haul from Hong Kong.

The thing I like transiting in HK is their duty free because it offers variety of Asian brands at duty free and also Western. I like Asian brands slightly more than Western.

the first thing I got,

Laneige's traveller's exclusive Water Sleeping Pack Ex Duo. 

I haven't tried Laneige before but I really try their products since they are known for being hydrating.

My mum uses some Laneige cosmetics. Laneige is a brand under Amore pacific (Sulwashoo, IOPE, Mamonde, Etude House etc.)

I got this for HKD340. 

It comes in a classy see-through light blue plastic tub.

It is light unlike Bio-Essence's Face Lifting Cream's tub. That one is one heavy tub.

The next mini haul is definitely from my favourite brand - Jill Stuart.

I picked up three items, an eyelash curler, a jelly eye colour and a jelly lipgloss.

The eyelash curler is packaged nicely in Jill Stuart's elegant imprinted plastic box.

the imprint is just, oh so gorgeous.

I can't make myself to throw the box away.

The colour for this eyelash curler is definitely unique, it is not a gold nor bronze. It is somewhere between a rose coloured bronze and gold.

Jill Stuart Jelly Color N.
This is one of Jill Stuart's 'hit' item. I understand why it is a hit because of the lovely texture, lasting and colour payoff.

The colour I got is Platinum Satin.

It comes in a typical elegant Jill Stuart packaging.
The pot is made from glass.

Platinum Satin is a shimmery light bronzed colour with rose coloured base.
The shimmers in Jelly Eye Color is heavy duty but it is really pretty.

The colour I got, 03 Dolly Kiss.
It comes with 15ml worth of product.

It has a cute pink "diamond" on the cap.

Romantic Fairy

Finally the long waited Hong Kong airport haul.

I didn't get around posting this haul. Oh my forgetfulness.

My transit in Hong Kong wasn't a long one, so I didn't roam around much.

All I did is hang around the beauty duty free. 

Then I spotted a brand that I love. This brand is only available in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan, if I am not mistaken.

It is the ever so romantic, fairytale-like, girly, princessy Jill Stuart.

Without hesitation, I picked up the Jill Stuart Blush Blossom and Jill Stuart Jelly Eye Color N

They come in a nice pink packaging with some pop-out frame design on the box.

The colour I got is 04 Seductive Rose.

It comes with a stopper and a plastic on top of the gauze to stop the powder from spilling everywhere.

It comes in a light peachy pink and rose pink combo.

Very sweet.

The brush that the blush comes with. It is a very good complementary brush.

The design on it is so pretty, it is amazing.

Got myself two Jelly Eye Color N.

They are very famous in Japan especially amongst fashion magazine models.

The first colour I picked up is #13 Antique Chiffon.

Here is how it looks like in the pot.

The texture is fluffy, like a very fluffed up jelly.

Antique Chiffon is a medium taupey-steel colour.

Yes they are shimmer bombs. Not for those who dislikes shimmer. It takes the whole shimmery look to a new level.

Personally I love shimmery eye colours because it opens up the eyes.

Yea, Asian eyes. 

The next colour I got. #10 Vintage Decor

It is a plummy mocha brown.

A very beautiful colour.

The last thing I got is Jill Stuart Jewel Crystal Eyes in #104 Fragile Opal.

This is the only one I didn't get off the Hong Kong Duty Free.

Since it is a limited edition, the design is different from usual, they added on some painted flower design under the plastic packaging.

Actually i this comes in a set but this is the only product I bought from my usual Japanese cosmetics seller.

I didn't want anything else except for the eyeshadow so I thought it is better to buy it individually.

It comes with fascinating colour combination.

A white, opal, pink and dark plum brown.

That's all I got from Jill Stuart. I literally broke my bank getting from Jill Stuart but it was all worth it.

I am gonna check out some of items the next time I stop by Hong Kong airport again.

Jill stuart has the cutest and most princessy packaging ever and ofcourse it comes with a hefty price tag too. One blush cost about USD58 for me.

It comes together with a pretty blush brush with a bow attached.

I am so excited that what I hauled came.

My mum picked it up and showed me via skype.

First is the RMK jelly eyes items. Mine are not brand new.

I got the 2nd hand to try them out (but they are still in good condition) since I heard Fuzkittie raved about them before.

They are still in good condition according to my mum just the sponge tip applicators are used.

Well, those could be solved by washing them.

Jill Stuart Blush Blossom in Romantic Sweet Pea.

Pretty princessy packaging.

I can't wait to go home and see it with my own eyes.

This blush cost about USD53 on retail.

You could get it on Imomoko.com but at a more expensive price of USD65.

Blooming secret

Style of the day, switched to a more spring style, light denim, denim headband, pastel colours but still sticking to jeans as wind is still so strong . Feels like sea breeze.

A mini loot from Diva, just rings.

It's on buy one free one, the large one is too big for me but still so pretty and the only price that matches the owl ring.

On the side note, I finally settled for a Jill Stuart blush.

Instead of getting the Mix Blush I got the Blush Blossom. Reason being, it's more pigmented, it's in loose form, so I won't be reluctant to brush on the pretty surface and not use the blush.

It's also slighter cheaper than the Mix Blush from the dealer (it's a pre-order from Taiwan, Taiwan has the best price for Jill Stuart. ). Rm159 (USD52) compared to mix blush's RM169 (USD55). Pretty hefty for blush prices.

I won't be able to take a proper picture and swatch them until I go back to Malaysia =(

Dilemma and more temptations

I saw a Malaysian-based online dealer that is dealing with Jill Stuart.

Previously she was dealing with with Candy Doll and Melliesh but she stopped. So sad!

and I convinced my mum that I might get this.

The price tag is really hefty at RM169 per blush.

I also wanted this but it seems that the colour I want is out of stock.

Majolica Majorca Puff de Cheek.

So I might just get the Jill Stuart one and live a poor life.

Such a sucker for packagings.
